چکیده
Abstract In this Chapter, we describe the strategic temporality embedded in Turkish reception system for Syrian refugees. First, focus on effect of laws and how they lead to nuances multilevel governance ground where a local turn is observable, politics subsidiarity created. We discuss discursive dimension governance, which centres cultural intimacy guesthood rhetorics. These narratives reflect approach policymakers who consistently underline that migrants’ temporal phenomenon.
